We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & Public holidays during normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, etc. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered IndiaPost but cannot guarantee the same.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

• Domestic order typically takes one week to get delivered.

• International orders take 2-3 weeks to get delivered.

• Delivery time may vary according to the product ordered.

• Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for areas falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted, the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centers.​

• What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition?

• If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at info@ma-vie.in with our Order ID

• We will arrange and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that replacement will only be done when the complaint is fully authenticated with proof and is approved by J'adore Ma Vie team.

For International Customers : The charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and also the country where the parcel has to be dispatched to. Shipping charges will be shared upon enquiry while others are more fitted.
